Don't forget -- there are Democrats living in the RED areas, and Republicans living in the BLUE areas. But they rarely win REPRESENTATION at local, state, or federal levels because of our "winner take all" electoral system. With "winner take all" only ONE side wins -- that's why it's called winner take ALL.
